SDFRN
The Mission of the San Diego Fire Recovery Network is to “foster the recovery of our human and natural environment through sound science, improved planning, public education, and community-based action”. The Network defines its values as:
- Protecting human health and safety
- Sustaining the quality of life of our communities
- Improving the health of our natural ecosystems and wildlife
- Appreciating our cultural heritage
- Respecting the dynamic landscape we live in
Why a Wiki?
The body of information related to science, planning, education and community action is housed in the minds and work products of hundreds of individuals. It is the purpose and hope of this Wiki project that this information may be captured and shared in a useable and practical way, for the benefit of San Diego County's unique and fragile natural resources.
